Foundational movement techniques

We all have tightness in our tissues or lack mobility, wether we're aware of it or not. The soft tissue and mobility work will help you find and release that tightness and feel agile and light. The foundational movement techniques are to be applied to strength training and every day movements.

We'll spend time getting into positions that we neglect in our modern world of too much sitting, time on devices and overall lack of movement. You'll learn how to engage the proper muscles for foundational movements and prevent injuries and pain.

*This program is not just for someone that lifts weights: it's for the desk worker, weekend warrior, athlete or anyone with a body that wants to move well and feel good into their 90's
