Strength moves coupled with plyometrics in this full body workout get you strong and fit

This eight week program irequires no equipment and includes one workout per week that's to be repeated 4x/week to get ready for the following week

 

Each workout will include worded descriptions and videos of me doing the movements to ensure you have a full understanding of how to execute the movement properly

*My Foundational Movements & Mobility course is a great precursor to this program to really help you understand basic principles to be applied to strength training and to get the most out of this program by regaining full mobility to ensure proper biomechanics
